Hello, I am Maïté Verhoeven

The best projects of my career have always had two things in common: a sound methodology and the richness of the people involved.

After years spent managing brands and teams in the pharmaceutical industry, I felt a stronger calling: to pass on, share and help others grow. I wanted to give meaning to my life and my experiences by helping other professionals to navigate in an environment destabilized by rapid and numerous innovations in the digital field.

This is how Mavelogy Learning was born. In my coaching and training work, I don't just talk about strategy or technology: above all, I talk about human transformation. I love to see an idea light up in a participant's eyes, to feel the energy of a group in motion, or to accompany a leader who dares to do things differently.

For me, AI is not an end in itself: it's a tool to help us become deeply human again, to develop our critical thinking, our imagination and our ability to cooperate.

My ambition is simple: to make the future inspiring and accessible, one step, one training course, one conversation at a time.​
